Can
I upgrade the software for my DT-100 or DTX-100 densitometer?
DexaWare® is only compatible with DTX-200 and DexaCare
G4 densitometers.

How
do I migrate data from my DOS software to the new DexaWare®?
Data migration is performed by Osteometer. The customer
is responsible for shipping cost back and forth to Osteometer's
service center in Hawthorne, CA, USA. Osteometer provides
a complete upgrade solution that includes computer and
printer, or the customer can provide the hardware.

Can
I install the DexaWare® software myself?
Yes, you can install the software yourself. You insert
the installation CD into your CD-rom drive and the installation
starts automatically and guides you through the set-up.
Once the software has been installed you must perform
an accuracy calibration of the densitometer. |

computer I am going to install the DexaWare® on does
not have a serial port. How do I connect to the densitometer?
You will need to get a USB to Serial cable converter.
These are available at most well-stocked electronic stores.
